		<description>Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.
Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There&#039;s this strange herb called &quot;St John&#039;s Wort&quot; - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. 		<description>well it sounds like u had a previous traumatic experience towards sex which you may or may not consciously acknowledge .. sometimes &quot;preconscious&quot; or &quot;subconscious&quot; trauma surfaces when least expected it takes over the conscious .. i dont wanna probe into ur personals but if u do, i think the best way to get rid of those panic attacks is to get professional help i.e. psychiatrist .. now, now, that DOES NOT mean ur mentally ill, it only means u have to get rid of this EXTRA BAGGAGE in ur &quot;subconscious&quot; that keeps interrupting ur life .. goodluck!</description>
