everyone is different, so there is no “best medication”… just because something works well for me, doesn’t mean it will be good for you… if you see what i mean.
best to work with the doctor. if your medication isn’t doing its job, then a discussion with doc is surely in order.

Lexapro has helped my panic attacks.
Klonopin is not a bad medication for panic attacks.
