Vitamin B complex…..B 50 strength…time released.
Vitamin B complex are known as the anti-stress vitamins.
I would try that first. And magnesium might also help.
Magnesium is known as the anti-stress mineral. It is best taken in a 1:2 ratio with calcium as you find with many magnesium:calcium formulations, and as found in nature [dolomite].
Drink also Lemon balm tea or chamomile tea.
There are many different herbal supplements that have been said to reduce stress. Check out http://www.your-stressed-life.com/herbal… for a list of the good ones. Be careful not to over do them though. They should not be used is excess or as your only means of reducing stress. Try other relaxation activities along with them.

I’ve used Valerian Root before and it seemed to help me. But it’s gentle enough that if you try to take it every day, you will become immune.
I was much more successful with exercise. Running is a huge stress reliever for me. Find something you like, but Yoga is great too.
