What Does Severe Stress Do To Your Digestive System And How Can I Fix It?

Last year I went through some severe stress and since then I have not had normal movements. Everything is loose. Since then, my overall health and well being has deteriorated. I have tried lots of vitamins/supplements and enzymes that haven’t worked. Now I’ll have days when I feel awful. If I have any stress now at all, I get fatigued and depressed. It really sucks because I used to have so much energy and a positive attitude. Don’t bother if you are going to tell me to take chemicals (medications). Please tell me if you know about real (natural) methods please.

Severe stress can negatively impact the body in lots of ways. It sounds like you have developed an irritable bowel. There are lots of web sites that discuss Irritable Bowel Syndrome. You could check some out and see if it describes how you are feeling. Cramping, bloating and diarrhea can make you feel miserable, even when your attitude is positive. I know you don’t want prescription medications, so I am suggesting that you try Digestive Advantage for IBS. This is an over the counter chewable tablet that could just make all the difference in your life. Try it! You have nothing to lose and the quality of your life could vastly improve. Good luck.

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to relax, reduce stress and to get better quality sleep with no side effects.
You can visit a Hypnotherapist for a one to one session or get a self help CD (or download)
The benefits can be amazing.
Good luck.
