i had bleeding for a week that was really light like spotting then it started to get heavier and heavier like a period with clotting and then i woke up one night with terrible cramps that took my breath away and A LOT of bleeding and i went to the ER and i lost the baby there

I don’t know exactly what stress does to a baby, but I do know what happened when my first pregnancy ended in miscarriage. I was 7 1/2 weeks and a couple of weeks before then I started noticing a light brown discharge with a little bit of cramping. I called my doctors office and they told me not to worry because this was normal. During that week and into the next it increased… still wasn’t heavy, but it there was more. I called them again and they still told me it was normal.
The day I miscarried I had mild cramps all day and I noticed a little bit of blood in with the brown discharge. My doctor’s office still told me it was normal. I was really upset at this point and in the middle of the night I awoke in severe pain. It felt like someone was stabbing me repeatedly in the stomach and I went to the restroom and that’s when I noticed a ton of blood and tissue. I woke my husband and went to the ER and was there all night with testing and my baby didn’t have a heartbeat. The next morning I went to my specialist and had to have a D&C.
I just found out last week that I am pregnant again and hope and pray that I don’t miscarry again.

I had really intense back pain when I suffered mine followed not long after by bleeding. the colour at first was this hidious bright pink thats when I knew something was really wrong. Stress during pregnancy affects babies in all different ways it may do nothing to you while for others it can increase the chance of miscarriage

Signs of a miscarriage is spotting or heavy bleeding. You need to rest and have your feet up, this sometimes prevents it.
