I just had an anxiety attack. I get them every now and again (I was diagnosed when I was young with O.C.D but now I have more like anxiety) I hate those and I want to know is there a way to calm myself down? I get mini attacks when its over.
I work 2 jobs 1 at a coal mine (12hour shifts) the other at a hospital daycare(8 hour shifts & 12 hour on call) I maybe get one day a week off and that day is spent cleaning and running errands I cant afford to quit either job. I need ways to help me rid some of the stress and tension!! Any ideas?
You have a few options. First, is meditation or hypno-therapy. Second, is medication. Third is grin and bear it. I vote #1 as working best for me, but number 2 is sometimes necessary. Number three is really unpleasant. I have tried all of them.
So Ive been to 10 doctors all said i have anxiety and panic attacks because i was getting shortness of breath (have It Right now) and dizzy they gave me breathing test chest xrays ecg paps physical and blood work from the wrist to check oxygen and neurological with got a a+ so why can i stop thinking im dying and how can i control it a bit so i go to a doctor for the 11 time in the past 3 weeks also im seeing a physicist hes telling me its anxiety but how come i have shortness of breath still I’m 20 years old Any tips would help me alot
How do you get rid of panic attacks and cure yourself of all symptems permanetly without medicine? Has anyone ever cured them selves of this disorder and how did you do it?
