Last year i was diagnosed withan anxiety disorder and i had my mum tell my school to inform my teachers so that i could be let out of class if i needed to.
This year i have new, different teachers that don’t know about my condition.
Should i tell them, or just wait and see how i go this year with my anxiety?
A therapist told me that many years ago and its weird but it kinda applies to my experiece dealing with panic… am i alone ?

My husband’s cardiologist wants him to have a nuclear stress test once a year for the rest of his life. He is 53. I have heard that they can be dangerous. Is this really necessary? Is there a better test for the heart?

I want to stop taking zoloft but fear the panic attacks will return. I was also wondering what the affects of all the alcohol and the zoloft. Thanks.
I’m 5′5 and I weigh 128. I sometimes get this weird thumping in my chest, even if I’m just sitting there doing nothing. I sometimes have chest pain. I’ve been under a lot of stress recently since college started and have tried cutting back more on eating, so I’m pretty sure it can’t be fat related. Could I still have a stress-induced heart attack?
for no apparent reason. Anyone have any experience with this sort of problem?
Granddaughter has failed in her tests this school year so we have given her Omega 3, but after a month has started anxiety symptoms. Is this the reason or something else?
