I have already had 2 work comp claims and both time, I got injured because the supervisors got pissed off and put me on jobs that caused me to get injured.
I am under an extreme amount of stress. The supervisor that got me hurt this last time is a bastard and treats me poorly. I really don’t want to file another claim, but I feel like this stress is killing me.
What do I need to do to prove that my stress is work-related. I am tired of being mistreated.
