I Am Wondering What Can I Do About Anxiety And Panic Attacks? I Have Had Them For Years And They Are Annoying!?

I started having anxiety after I had my son 10 years ago and took medicine. Then I had my daughter 5 yrs later and got off the meds. I haven’t been on anything for 5 yrs and I get them in the stores, everywhere actually. My face turns red, blotches on my neck, nervous, dizzy, and it feels crazy. Anyone taking anything that is not over the counter? HELP!
