Where Is The Most Stress Free Place To Live?
I really want a lifestyle that is stress free and not so much money orientated. Living in an “old country” and owning a bakery, having a family and just living a stress free happy lifestyle. Where would this be? Italy? Scotland?
Where Can I Find Data On Stress Levels In Different Countries?
I would like to find statistics telling me about stress levels in different countries. So far, I haven’t found anything, just statistics on suicide rates and poverty levels, or overall happiness levels, which do give indirect insight, but what I really want to find is a “mellowness index”, sort of.
Something which tells me about the pace of life in nations (like, at what pace does traffic move when it flows freely, how long are the lunch breaks, etc.).

Well i suffer from anxiety attacks but have learned to deal with it, i refuse medication. But where do they come from? I just read an article that it is from the fear of having another one, is this true? Or is it different for everyone?
