Why Do We Get Different Symtoms From Anxiety Or Panic Attacks For Instead Of The Same Symtoms We Usully Get?

like when you first get a panic attack or when you start to get anxiety and you been suffering the symtoms everyday but then they cange up on you like you never felt that symtom before. why is that why can’t they stay the same like we been gettin? instead of something new all the time like you been used to the symtoms and you can cope with it cause you already know what it is but when you get a new symtom its like “oh crap what is this”? i hate that.
