Anybody Having A Tough Time With Anxiety Disorders And Panic Attacks?

I’ve been diagnosed with GAD and major depression.Been on meds for 3 years.Still can’t relax or sleep good at night. Also have panic attacks.Anyone with similar problems or advice please reply…
