Do You Think Work Related Stress Is Healthy?
It seems to me that a lot of health issues are do to many hours and years in the work place. I also realize a lot are self inflicted as well but, could work related stress be an instigator of such things?

What I feel when I’m going through this is fear stricken, panic, scared, and overwhelmed. Its really effecting my life where I’m scared to do things that I HAVE to do. I would rather just sit at home where nothing worries me there until I think about do what I have to do like school. I just get so stressed and worried that its prohibiting my learning and my life. PLEASE HELP I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. thank you
i was a cutter, but i haven’t cut in about o. . maybe 2 weeks?
anyway so i havent been cutting, but i have been getting panic attacks almost everyday.
do you think that my body is using a panic attack in place of cutting?
or am i just under some stress? [ i dont feel stressed. . . ]
I have a tiny yorkie/peekingense mix and she is 6 pounds at least once a week she has these epipodes where she shakes for all she is worth. She is very smart we have tought her that when she wants more of something that she is too sit up on her back legs and lift both front paws up to her face (she started this on her own) also she loves too be held she is like a little baby, she come up to you and stands up and scratchs at your leg up till you pick her up. She will put her head on you shoulder and is very content. But when she has the eposides that come out of no where I dont now what to do She shakes and wants to be held are these panic attack? Sorry if I babbled. Thanks in advance.
I think I am having anxiety attacks from stress. I am thinking about taking art classes to relax. Do u think that would help, nd can u plz give me some more options?
Is it the bad things that happened in the past, fear of the future,just fear in general,a chemical imbalance, or a combination of all these things?
I would like to work with teenage girls as a personal trainer to show them the benefiets of exercise ie stress release, build confidence & general wellbeing. The depression/suicide rate is elevating quickly & I want to do something bout it speaking from experience exercise works wonders. Also I believe those who are overweight wont feel so embarrased and it’l help build confidence. So any thoughts?

im a teenager. i stress a lot. and they have been geeting worsee. i get them 4 times a week.
Okay well, my daughter and I live alone, her dad walked out on us. And this has been for over a year and she is full of stress, she still cries everyday about it. She says she wants to play a sport, to relieve her stress. She doesnt like soccer or football, or basketball, or softball. And I dont know what sport would be good for her!!!! Please help!!
