I wanted to know if anyone experienced stress and fighting with their spouse/boyfriend such as yelling a lot, pushing and slapping? If so, did this affect your pregnancy and how? I’m really concerned.
I over dosed on caffeine and thought I was having a heart attack. I spent the night in the hospital. Ever since then I have had chest pain, rapid heart beats and severe headaches. I think b/c I was so afraid I was going to die in the hospital I have developed panic attacks. I’ve always had anxiety but now it’s taking control of my life. Any one have panic attacks? What are your symptoms? What helps?
This is a poll question for a project for school. Please let me know how many teens, specifically, you know or even yourself that don’t know how to manage their or your everyday stress. Whether it’s with school, family, friends, ect.
What are the stress of parents with special children? How do they deal about it? How challenging or tough was it like to be a parent of children with “special needs”?
All of a sudden i start feeling like im going to pass out & my heart beats fast. They come out of the blue & last a while, also, while they are occuring i feel extremely spaced out. Is this normal? Is this an anxiety attack? Also, when i dont have these ‘episodes’ i feel spaced out. Is that normal?

I have OCD and am so afraid of them getting sick it is giving me anxiety attacks. Anyone have that experience or similar?
I’ve always had major problems with anxiety, however recently I have been having these massive panic attacks where, depending how bad they get, I am literally unable to move my fingers or my legs. These episodes take hours to come down from and are beginning to become more frequent and the intensity level is rising. My question is, is it normal to experience a type of paralysis or extreme stiffness along with the usual symptoms of panic attacks and if so how do you manage the attacks when they reach that point?
What causes panic attacks and how can you get rid of them?
I think there is a link between panic attacks occuring after dental work being done.
