I am not a slow learner. But my problem is that i get too anxious before exams. All the negative thoughts come to my mind-if i don’t get good grades? if i fail?? I am not able to give my 100% with this stress on me. please help me. tell me how to keep the tension off me. how can i keep my mind cool? should i go for yoga or something?? Please lend me a helping hand…
i really don’t know if i have depression or anxiety attacks.. i talked to my doctor about it and asked if its a side effect of the medicine i’m taking for hypothyroidism… she said it’s normal… but sometimes these “attacks” just creep up when i’m trying to relax or doing nothing… how can i stop it? sometimes i can’t concentrate on studying because i keep worrying if i fo have depression and/or anxiety…
I have already had 2 work comp claims and both time, I got injured because the supervisors got pissed off and put me on jobs that caused me to get injured.
I am under an extreme amount of stress. The supervisor that got me hurt this last time is a bastard and treats me poorly. I really don’t want to file another claim, but I feel like this stress is killing me.

Paxil makes me very shaky,very dizzy and doesn’t let me sleep. Too much for me and I panic when I feel the side effects.
