I Get Panic Attacks When People Talk About Drugs (15yr Old Male)?
Im a fifteen year old guy and I get really bad panic attacks whenever people talk about drugs or HIV/AIDS. It always happens in classrooms and on Monday, I actually fainted.
Its the embarrassment that’s the worst part.
I cant even reason with myself during it at all and its making my life hell.
Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening ?

How Should I Talk To My Dr. About My Panic Attacks?
I have panic attacks on a regular basis, atleast once a day, sometimes during the day, sometime keeping me up all night. I don’t know what triggers them. I have takin buspar, paxil, effexor, cymbalta, zoloft, lexapro and prozac. None of which have helped with the panic attacks. Some actually made them worse and had bad side effects on me. How can I find a med that actually helps me with panic attacks?
