Will A Sleeping Tablet Help My Night Time Panic Attacks?

I have been waking up suddenly every night for 2 months with panic attacks.
I am in a state of panic for about 40 minutes, then i usually throw up.
I usually can’t fall back to sleep after i calm down.
If i take a sleeping tablet before going to bed, will i the panic attacks still happen????
