I have been feeling a little stressed lately and was feeling kind of weak during my workouts. If I understand what is happening inside then I might be able to balance everything out. My older sister said it has to do with the immune system and physical illness. She said that some immune system cells get affected by stress. Is that true and why only some? (sorry for two questions in one)
My boyfriend was rather stressed by an event, and the event passed everything went great for him but he still seems to be feeling bad even though everything’s fine. What are the effects of stress on the nervous system? What can I do to make him feel better?
Last year I went through some severe stress and since then I have not had normal movements. Everything is loose. Since then, my overall health and well being has deteriorated. I have tried lots of vitamins/supplements and enzymes that haven’t worked. Now I’ll have days when I feel awful. If I have any stress now at all, I get fatigued and depressed. It really sucks because I used to have so much energy and a positive attitude. Don’t bother if you are going to tell me to take chemicals (medications). Please tell me if you know about real (natural) methods please.
