One of my friends frequently gets terrible anxiety attacks. I was wondering if there was anything I could do to help her when they hit. I feel awful just sitting there and doing nothing. Is there anything specific I should or shouldn’t do?
I would like to work with teenage girls as a personal trainer to show them the benefiets of exercise ie stress release, build confidence & general wellbeing. The depression/suicide rate is elevating quickly & I want to do something bout it speaking from experience exercise works wonders. Also I believe those who are overweight wont feel so embarrased and it’l help build confidence. So any thoughts?

Mind controlo symptoms and direct energy weapon symptoms are the same as panic and anxiety attack symptoms. The difference being. If the electromatic attacks stopped there would be no symptoms. Do mental health Doctors know the difference.
I suffered badly from this, still not ‘cured’ but back working again etc just wondered if anyone has any similar experiences to this and had a baby and how they coped with everything.
I’ve been suffering from panic attacks now for months and it’s gotten to the point where i don’t like leaving the house anymore. I’m on medication for it and i’m waiting to see a counsellor but i’d like to find someone that is either going through the same thing or has been through it to talk to. I don’t like talking to my family or friends about it, they make me feel like i’m going crazy.
Is there anyone that can help me?

My BF suffers panic attacks (he hates it, makes him feel so unmanned but he can’t control them), when we go on planes or in crowds he suffers them, he says it helps to talk about something else to stop from focusing on it…
