This Question Is Regarding Panic Attacks, Is It Normal To Get A Rash That Resembles A Heat Rash?

I’ve had panic attacks for years now, they come and go I guess, I’m supposed to start seeing a psychiatrist this Friday, but this week has been hell for me, panic attacks and anxiety keeping me up all hours of the night, but anyways I was just wondering, is it normal to sometimes, during or after a panic attack to have a rash? It looks like a heat rash, so I figured maybe from just being so worked up, also can panicking raise your body temp?
