I Have Recently Developed Panic Attacks. Can Any1 Explain Their Panic Attacks And What Happens? Chest Pain?
I over dosed on caffeine and thought I was having a heart attack. I spent the night in the hospital. Ever since then I have had chest pain, rapid heart beats and severe headaches. I think b/c I was so afraid I was going to die in the hospital I have developed panic attacks. I’ve always had anxiety but now it’s taking control of my life. Any one have panic attacks? What are your symptoms? What helps?

I feel as though I may drop whatever it is that I am holding in my hands like a cup or a fork, when i bring them up to my mouth my arm shakes. It is embrassing when I am with people who then ask me what is wrong, and I can’t explain it.
