My work colleague has been for dozens of medical tests which have all proved negative. He says the doctors have advised him he may be under too much stress at work.
Is this really the cause? He says he can’t stop thinking about work issues even on foreign holidays.

My friend gets them all the time lately. He has always been a little nervous acting but lately he’s had to go to the hospital thinking he was having a heart attack. He’s only 22. Sometimes he has such a problem with depression he can’t sleep and will drink several beers until he falls asleep.

i wasn’t depressed before taking the medication, but now my motivation and energy are depleted…i’m not experiencing the terrible anxiety or panic attacks anymore (i still get anxious, but it’s normal)…has anyone else experienced this?
This morning I had a stress test and echocardiogram done, and tonight I really feel weird. Not pain, like intense chest pain, but sore and very tired. Is this normal, like working out?
For the last month if I felt anxiety or a panic attack coming on, I will go eat an orange and it makes me feel better almost instantly. For instance, I just felt like my throat was closing up or just like my body didn’t feel right, I started to panic and then went and got an orange. I now feel a bit better.
Do you think this is all in my mind or is there something in oranges that can actually really be helping?
