extremely hot<br />
tingly all over<br />
very light headed<br />
dizzy<br />
super fast heart rate<br />
I did my research and im pretty sure that these are panic attacks.<br />
Sometimes they just hit me for no reason. I will be completely relaxed and happy. Just hangin out with friends working out or somethin.<br />
But sometimes i don know the cause of the attack. I usually start to feel the attack approaching when i am reaching a situation where i am going to confront someone with a problem. even if im not afraid of the person.<br />
These attacks keep me from dealing with problems.<br />
I dont know how to keep them from happening so that i can just do what i have to do.<br />
Is there anyway to prevent them from happening???<br />
Im willing to try anything from medications to spirituality.</p>
