I am 15 years old and I have never had an acne problems. Maybe one pimple every 3 months,but it goes away within a few days. Latley I have been extremely stressed out with school work and sports, and especially my break up with my boyfriend of 15 months. All of a sudden, almost three weeks ago, about 10 pimples( not red like acne) popped up on my forehead. A week ago I woke up and my jaw locked for 2 minutes and htne the following night i woke up and my muscles were so tense I could barley move. This stress is not good. But anyway, I know the pimples are not from oil or anything, because it was never an issue and I have tried all acne medicine. It is deffinitly from stress. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these pimples?
