I find when i get too caught up in the computer like when im ususaly on it all night on forums n stuff, n just my mind going all over the place i all of sudden feel so weird like i get all panicky and feel like its not me, i get a racing mind n stuff out of no where, my hands go cold and i get really scared like o no here goes again lol, it doesnt happen all the time, it just started about 8-10 months ago, and happend again like 4 5 months ago and again last week, so it isnt all the time, i only get it when at night, thats 1 thing, and only when im stressed out from house problems, school problems, not enough sleep, tiredness mentally and physically and my anxiety, could this be the reason why it happens?
