During The Night Before A Big Day, Do You Feel Anxious Or Have A Panic/anxiety-attacks?
A big-day could be… the first-day of work, the first-day of school, etc.

Will A Sleeping Tablet Help My Night Time Panic Attacks?
I have been waking up suddenly every night for 2 months with panic attacks.
I am in a state of panic for about 40 minutes, then i usually throw up.
I usually can’t fall back to sleep after i calm down.
If i take a sleeping tablet before going to bed, will i the panic attacks still happen????
How To Relieve Some Stress On A Friday Night?
So most if not all of my friends are at school practicing for the musical they are in. Im a little annoyed/pissed off at my dad and stepmom. They keep talking trash about my real mom and then yelled at me for an hour about 1 bad grade. Any ideas on how to relieve some stress? Anywhere I could go?
Anyone Experience Panic Attacks In Middle Of The Night?
I have a history of panic attacks and general anxiety. But occasionally i have night time panic attacks where i wake up in the middle of the night sweating and i total panic mode. Anyone else have similar experiences? Its quite scary.
