Does Anyone Have Panic Attacks That Wake Them Up Out Of The Blue In The Middle Of The Night?
I have panic attacks that wake me up out of the blue. I would like to know if others have this problem and how they cope.
Anyone Experience Panic Attacks In Middle Of The Night?
I have a history of panic attacks and general anxiety. But occasionally i have night time panic attacks where i wake up in the middle of the night sweating and i total panic mode. Anyone else have similar experiences? Its quite scary.
