I Get Panic Attacks When People Talk About Drugs (15yr Old Male)?
Im a fifteen year old guy and I get really bad panic attacks whenever people talk about drugs or HIV/AIDS. It always happens in classrooms and on Monday, I actually fainted.
Its the embarrassment that’s the worst part.
I cant even reason with myself during it at all and its making my life hell.
Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening ?

The panic attacks occur just before work meetings that make me unable to speak clearly, I can feel them coming on and why I don’t know. Until 3 years ago I could speak before a 100 people no problem, now just the thought and it might be 4 weeks before the event I start having the symptoms , the attacks started after 3 years of abuse from my previous boss.
