Going through a very, very, rough time right now and am having severe anxiety. Very close to a panic attack and I’m scared. My DR will not prescribed anything other than Prozac and that isn’t helping although taken for several years. Looking for something natural, (I will continue with Prozac) it’s the only way I can do this.
im starting hs and i keep having school stress dreams ( you know where you dont have your stuff, cant find your classes etc. ) im also not a morning person and it shows in my eyes. any tips or ways you keep your worry down and looking fresh for school? thanks

I was wondering what methods that people have used to manage stress especially if none are offered by employers.
Looking for your next job, particularly if you’re not currently employed, can be a highly stressful experience. However, in order to impress potential employers you need to be on “top form” both psychologically and physically. I always advocate regular exercise, a trusted friend or coach to whom you can vent your feelings, a structured active day which includes some fun down-time and lots of positive self-talk.
What tips would you pass onto others for helping them manage their stress? All suggestions welcome!
I have developed Anxiety attacks. Followed by anorexia. Is there anyone going through something similar who would be willing to chat about this? I am in my 30’s and a mom. Its really hard anymore.
