I had multiple stress fractures in both of my shins from basic training last year. They were so bad in fact, that I was discharged for it. I am now trying to get into the Police Academy, so I will be running a lot. I can’t even walk fast in flip flops without my shins killing me. I know I let the first injuries go too long, and two of the stress fractures were level 4. (which I guess is the worst kind.) Does anyone have any idea how to make the pain go away?
I have been under a lot of stress lately and I am about two weeks late. Is it possible to skip a cycle altogether? Or does a cycle usually just come late??
I did see that people take up to 60 mg?
I recently took my cat on an airplane because I moved to a new state. We’ve been in the new state for a full day now and he hasn’t used his litter box or eaten or drank anything. I realize this is a response to stress, just wondering how long a big move would cause high stress for an animal, and if anyone else has had a similar issue and has an experience they can share?
I am going through a particularly stressful time right now, i won’t bore you with the details….
But i am in so much pain, my backs hurting, my periods are all over the place, frequent then nothing for ages and I’m finding myself crying over the silliest things.
I have another month to endure in the job i’m working (that is causing me the stress) then its all over, and i should be able to chill, will my body go back to normal then?
I am about 5 days late for my period. How long can stress delay your period for? Or is this question really how long is a piece of string?

I’ve had panic attacks for approximately 20 years. In the 90’s the antidepressant Pamelor (nortriptyline) helped me for about 4-5 years. Then Paxil helped for another 4-5 years until it recently “pooped out.”
My Psych switched me over from Paxil to Zoloft in the earlier part of May. I started at 12.5mgs and have worked my way up. Since last Tuesday, July 3, I’m taking 150mgs. I’m actually starting to feel somewhat better and have been leaving the house for short trips to the store and around town.
Question is how much Zoloft do you think it will take for me to get rid of these darn panic attacks? If history is any indication I usually need pretty high doses of antidepressents to get a response. I had to take 150mgs of Pamelor (nortriptyline), then Paxil 40-60mgs to get a good response.
I’ve only been on the Zoloft at 150mgs for one week. How long until I see if a “bump up” is needed?

after i start taking anxiety medication for panic attacks, when will my symptons start to go away? first use? after a few days? or after several weeks?
Ive had anxiety/panic attacks etc before (bad ones), but now the past two days its been constant, not in the panic form but more in a relaxed but yet tense feeling. I still tlak to to people do my evryday things, laugh think things are funny, in the having trouble breathing, heart is messed up rapid haeartbeats etc., chest pain, tingly feeling. Ive been checked by a doctor and he said evrythin si fine its anxiety. But is it possible it lasts a whole day, and even when your not thinknig about it its stil there? The only thing i cant do normally is excercise, and i think im convinced thats form the ocndition im in of constant chest pain anxiety feeling all day long. THe only time im totally relaxed is when im sleeping. THen ill wkae up ill be fine then bam the anxiety hits me and im like thta for the whole day. Has anynoe experienced this weird case of anxiety? and can any help me?
I had rhinoplasty about four months ago, and after two months, my hair started shedding. Naturally I freaked out, but my dermatoligist said it was due to the stress from my surgery. While it’s not like huge clumps are falling out, I still want to cry when I find strand after strand after combing or washing my hair. How long till this stops? And would it be unwise to color my hair?
