Who Here Hates Anxiety Attacks?
I have bad anxiety. My symptoms are like making myself thinking im sick when im not like i have the flu or cold. Also the feeling of throwing up, dizziness, lightheaded. I really hate it. I go to counseling and i don’t know if it helps. I cant take medicine for it. It’s so hard to deal with. Like everyday I feel miserable and I cant do anything about it. by the way im 13 and I hate my anxiety
Anyone Here Who Likes To Stay Inside The House And Who Gets Severe Panic Attacks Whenever They’re Around Ppl?
I would just like to know if there is anybody out there who feels the same when they’re around people, even people on television or the sound of they’re voices. Please, no harsh comments.

I am very fearful of death and my doctor just prescribed me take klonopin medication today. Can anyone please tell me whether or not this medication really helps to treat panic attacks and fears.
