I’m Going On A 2 Hour Flight In February. I Have Anxiety/ Panic Attacks. Any Advice?
I’ve been facing an anxiety disorder with panic attacks for the past year and a half. I’ll be taking a 2 hour flight next month & I haven’t flown in a long time.
I take medication, but I’m not sure that it will be enough.
Any advice or helpful tips that I can use to calm myself down about this?
