I have been having attacks where my heart race increases, my body starts to tingle, I have a burning feeling that feels like it is traveling through my blood, my chest hurts, and I get shortness of breath. Would this be categorized as an anxiety or panic attack? If so, how can I stop them?
i feel so weird b/c im always having a panic attack. what is the best thing for this? and will medicine help make u not feel weird

Sometimes I feel like I am about to faint, it happens when we have employee lunches or in meetings or lately when I am driving. My mom suggested counting to 3 over and over until it passes, but I get so afraid sometimes if I am driving I just want to pull over and park the car. I recently started taking an anti anxiety medicine, but I am still having attacks. I think I start getting the feeling then I get more anxiety thinking what will happen if I do faint and it gets worse. Is there anyone out there who has went through this and found a way to get rid of the feelings?
