Are These Panic Or Anxiety Attacks — Are They Even One Of Those?
When I’m in an uncomfortable situation, my heart starts racing, and I get really hot all over. I hear buzzing and i can’t see right, everything looks scattered and I can’t think clearly. Sometimes I feel like I will throw up.
Recently I Have Started Having Anxiety Attacks While Eating And Drinking Even When I Am Alone?
I feel as though I may drop whatever it is that I am holding in my hands like a cup or a fork, when i bring them up to my mouth my arm shakes. It is embrassing when I am with people who then ask me what is wrong, and I can’t explain it.
Should I Still Take Adderral Even Though I Have Panic Attacks?
I have been diagnosts with Anxiety Panic Disorder, it makes me have panic attacks but i do take Xanax and it helps alot. Only im having trouble focusing in school, im 19, and go to college. My doctor prescribed me adderral to take in the morning before school. I took it yesterday and felt like I had too much enery. I dont know If the adderral is worse for the panic attacks.
Any help?
Also, does adderral supress your appetite?
I Keep Thinking That I Have Cancers Or Diseases Even Though I Don’t. How Do I Stop Having These Panic Attacks?
I am too young to be having panic attacks, and I keep thinking that I have cancer or diseases. I am afraid that these panic attacks at a young age will lead to bad health problems later in life.
