I Get Panic Attacks When People Talk About Drugs (15yr Old Male)?
Im a fifteen year old guy and I get really bad panic attacks whenever people talk about drugs or HIV/AIDS. It always happens in classrooms and on Monday, I actually fainted.
Its the embarrassment that’s the worst part.
I cant even reason with myself during it at all and its making my life hell.
Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening ?

Like, someone who has led a very sheltered life because they wanted to avoid anything painful as much as possible. But painful experiences are unavoidable sometimes, and especially if one wants to achieve anything in life. I’ve been on meds for depression for over 10 years, but now I think that maybe I’m only depressed because I feel trapped by my low tolerance for stress. So would something other than an antidepressant be better for me?

I did it by taking lecthin and fish oil .
Also exposure and relaxation exercises.
Used to have panic attacks all the time.
Crowds made my head spin .

I was on paxil for 2 years and got off of it. I feel fine and everything..even happier. But I am back to having panic attacks! I don’t want to rely on meds!!! Any suggestions?
