Does Anyone Have Panic Attacks About Death?
Every so often, it’s as if my brain realises that death is a very realistic thing that might come sooner rather than later…which ultimately ends in me having a very short but scary panic attack? does anyone else have them?
I Get Panic Attacks Thinking About Death?
I have a huge phobia of death which comes and goes throughout my life, and it came again. I just start thinking about how I will one day no longer be conscious and that scares me so much and then I go into a physical panic attack.
Any comforting words for me? (besides religion, i’m atheist).
Also, I noticed these “phases” of the phobia come when I’m not thinking of a guy or when i’m not in a relationship. Weird.

Anyone has any suggested solution without medicine or psychiatrists to a problem related to obsessively thinking about ones health where any visit to a doctor’s office (even regular check up) can trigger a panic attack especially if doctor wants to “further evaluate” something for example? plus in general the belief one has a deadly disease CONSTANTLY LOOKING FOR A HEALTH PROBLEM too often and for no good reason. Any brilliant solution to a difficult case of hypochondria?!? THANKS.
