Over The Counter Medication For Panic Attacks?
I happen to have a history (more like a living hell…) of terrible panic attacks and I want to know if, maybe my age is against me, there is a medication I can obtain without doctor’s permission. I’m 13, it sucks like hell, and I really want to know. My grandmum told me to ask what kind is best for me. thanks all!

I have been having really bad panic attacks lately and I don’t know if any of you have them but it feels as if I am going crazy and the panic attacks are horrible. I have visited my doctor and was prescribed xanax and I have took it but my prescription is now gone. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone Know An Over The Counter Treatment For Stress Induced Cystitis In Cats?
We are minding a cat long term, we have had him 6mths now. Our own cat beats up on him. He regularly gets stress induced cystitis and we have to visit the vet. He usually gets an antinflammatory injection and this fixes him but burns the $$. Can anyone recommend something that I can get over the counter, either to relieve his stress or the cystitis? Both cats are desexed males 3 years old (ours) and 4 years old.
