I also began to feel very sick to my stomach, lightheaded, shaky and just unwell. The doctor said it was from the stress test in general but looking at the other patients in the waiting room during their break I find this hard to believe. I was very ill and here it has been a week later and still feel sick and my blood pressure is still sometimes as low as 92/50. I have never had a problem with my BP until that moment. I was having the test due to bradycardia and now ironically my heart rate is higher. Now during any type of exercise I get short of breth, chest pain under my breast bone, shaky, lightheaded, and numb around my mouth and hands …Any ideas?
consider this: you hate your job with a passion, but you got things to pay off (car payments) and you wanna save money. 2 things that are keeping you from leaving that job and its gonna take a long time for all that to happen. and on top of eveything, you got no social life and no relationship. whats a person to do? and working nights to.
I’ve heard stress effects hair loss, but is it the actual stress itself or the results like not eating, loss of sleep, etc.
I have anxiety attacks and when i do i get real short of breath and feel like something is standing on my chest
Whenever I’ve had one I always think I’m having a heart attack. I think this is normal(to think that), but could I ever really have a heart attack from a panic attack? Among other symptoms, my left arm always gets numb when I have one, so that’s why I always think it’s my heart.
I’m 23, in good physical shape, and have never been diagnosed with any heart problems. Am I just being crazy? Any words of wisdom on how to prevent panic attacks?
Is it the bad things that happened in the past, fear of the future, just fear in general,a chemical imbalance, or a combination of all these things?
I am having a horrible time in my marriage and I am so afraid that the stress/crying will affect the baby.
Can anyone who takes any medicine for anxiety or not…tell me what panic attacks feel like? I would like to know if what i think one is…is really what it is to everyone else. What are some experiences that you’ve had that triggered severe anxiety or panic attacks? I am thinking that maybe i need to go to a doctor but…I wonder what to tell my doctor??? Mind you…i go to a military doctor and for anyone that’s military…you know how they can be!!lol Thanks for the input in advance!
If yes, can they be treated? Or is it all in the head?
Thanx in advance
Example: Upset stomache, body aches, hot flashes, shortness of breath, chest strain, wanting to vomit but can’t, sudden urges to go to restroom (diarreah) but cant, everything you eat makes you feel “full” or “bloated”
