Is There Any Such Thing As Medicinal Candles For Soothing Stress That Smells Like Cigarettes?

Lately, there is a woman who claims that the smell of cigarettes I find when she’s around is due to a medicinal candle that helps soothe stress. I’m almost certain that she’s lying but I would like some confirmation on this, just in case. Thanks.
