with my anxiety attacks I always get bad stomach aches and headaches! plus i start to cry and it makes me even more tense. and i dont know how to calm down. please help me! but please suggest things i could do in public place, not something like SLEEP! Thank You so much!

count backward from 100, focusing on this will take your mind off the panic-thoughts.
drink some cold water! sip it..I dont know why this works, but believe me it does.

Another tool I learned is to sit back and imagine yourself having an attack, or make yourself have one and practice calming yourself down..

Try to keep your mind off the fact you’re on a plane. Read a book, listen to music, talk to someone sitting next to you. Sleep, meditate, eat, make something. Just find some activity that keeps your mind off of what’s going on around you.
