Ive heard of the breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breath out for 4. The breathe in for 3 and out for 3. Now i hear about the breathe in for 4 and breath out for 7. Which one works for you and is good to bring calm and relaxation during a panic attack? thanks in advance
What Is The Best Yoga Breathing Ratio To Reduce Stress ?
I was told that the ratio 4(inhale) and 8(breath out) was great. But I am looking for alternative ratios. Anything ratio that would help reduce my stress and blood p[ressure would help. Thanks for your recommendations.
