i know meds work becuz i take clonopin. But does a psychiatrist really help?
How To Breathe Better… I Want To Get Rid Of My Anxiety Attacks?
For the past few days I’ve been having a lot of trouble breathing… I’m pretty sure it’s anxiety attacks. I’m not asmatic (sp?) or anything.
Could you please suggest some ways that I can get rid of the anxiety attacks, or just calm them? It really scares me when I can’t catch my breath.
