When Does Stress Begin To Affect Your Period?
Can stress affect your period one day after your period starts? I have not been stressed out lately and my period came 3 days early. It seemed lighter than usual but nothing to worry about. Well, this morning I received some disturbing news that has made my stress level hit the roof. Now, my period has seemed to dissappear. Does this have anything to do with my level of stress or could it be something else?
