How Can I Relieve Stress In Neck And Back?
Ever since I had begun working I’ve fallen to stress in the neck and back areas. When I can feel a lot of stress in my neck, with a tilt you can hear a loud cracking sound and then it feels better for the time being but… that is not normal. Same goes for my back but it is usually not as loud.
Is their anything I can do to help relieve this stress. No leaving my job is not a option but…. and tips would be nice. thanks
What Happens When A Stress Fracture In The L5 In Your Back Wont Heal?
I went to a spine specialist yesterday and was told that I have a stress fracture in my L5. When he looked at my old xrays from last year when I hurt my back he said that was what it looked like but he wanted to take new xrays to confirm and he said from the new xrays it was definitely a stress fracture. He has ordered me to take physical therapy 3x a week for 6 weeks and wants to do an mri in 4 weeks. If that does not heal it what other options do I have?
