i have panic attacks all day & my heart beat goes up, i lose my awerness , i start shaking, my vision gets blurry , i feel like throwing up, dizzy,phobia of leaving my house, feels like im dieng, is there any pills i can take to tame it or any natural cures? im 13 im mexican

to anyone who gets panic attacks — please answer whether you do or don’t:
do you get chronic indigestion, lump in the throat or eye floaters (means you see little floaty things sometimes)?
if so, did these things only start occurring after a panic attack / series of panic attacks?

My Doctor Told Me God Is The Answer For Anxiety Attacks!?
I went in to the doctor today for my anxiety attacks and while he was giving me all the options for treatment he decided to bring up how people that dont have their “spiritual beliefs grounded” probably have worse anxiety and that god would take them away if i let him! I told him i didnt want to hear about it and he did stop but still! Is that even legal?!? I honestly couldnt believe what i was hearing.

preceded your first one—such as death or illness of a loved one?
3.. How old were you when you had your first panic attack?
4. Were your parents nurturing? (Lots of hugs, affectionate, full of praise?)
