My Fiance Is Always On Sleeping Pills Or Pills To Make Him Calm. Suffers From Panic Attacks. What Am I To Do?
He is always sleepy, yawning always and I have no partner at all. He is 49 years young. Now the doctor puts him on anti depressants as well. I feel like a nurse that is always on duty. I do love him a lot. I am afraid to get married, will it get better or just worse. I do not want to get depressed as well because of his problems. Please give me advice!

Is that normal? I’ve been clean for 3 years now but i found that after i stopped i had more mental issues then ever! I get easily frustrated, i’am very un patient, i have a fear of choking or my children choking, i feel like i cant breath sometimes and i have panic attacks. Is this normal and how so i stop this? Im so paranoid now, i wish i never used this horrible drug!

I will be sitting there trying to relax and its just a reflex to grab anything and cover my face with it, from a sweater to a blanket to even a kleenex. I just noticed that I do it all the time. What causes this?
