I’m a nice guy, that’s not too bad looking, yet i have been without a lasting relationship in such a long time. and because of that, because i have been shot down so hard many times before, because of my mental ailments that are inherited. i shrink each time i hear one of those deep love songs. it kills me inside.
i hope to god i am not sounding like some nerdy pervo creep, but i have to let this out, before it too, destroys me.
Im 18, when my parents are at home everything is fine but as soon as they go out and i stay alone the world turns upsidedown to me, panic starts, i start to think about if they never come back, if something happens and they never come back what will i do, i go crazy and i have stomac pains, i am not even able to breathe properly. I don’t have any other family in this country. Any help? Any suggestions? I also will be travelling alone to another country (my country), in some time and it is 9 hours of flying, here is another thing i also have panic attacks in a plane and that is just horribble, im afraid to die.Can you help me?
Im 18, when i am alone at home i sometimes have terrible panic attacks that scare me only thinking about it.
Im scared to be alone, the pain that i feel has no words, i start to feel brethless and sometimes i feel so much panic that i start to think about suicide. What can i do? I can’t take this.
I have never had any panic attacks until a few days ago. I drank heavily for 3 days straight and have had two panic attacks since. I have never taken any medication at all for anxiety, depression, etc. Also, are there any ways to never have them again?
