Sick And Exhausted As A Result Of Stress. How Do I Get Healthy Again?
I’m going through a lot of emotional stress right now and although I’m trying to eat well and exercise to combat its effects on my body, I am just exhausted and have some type of respiratory infection that I just can’t kick. What are some practical ways to get back on track when I just don’t have the energy, or even desire to get going again? I need help to jump starting myself. Ideas anyone?
Panic Attacks Starting Again? Do They Just Come Out Of The Blue Like This?
I have a heavy history of anxiety/depression. I got a little better for a while with the panic attacks and here they come again. Does this happen to anyone else?
