Stress is never good for anyone. I’m not sure what can happen to you or your baby, I just know that it’s not healthy for your baby. I think stress, in early pregnancy, can increase your chance of a miscarriage. If I were you, I would take a bath and light some candles. Shut the world out for a while. I’m a stresser too, and that’s what I did. I’m now 9 wks along and doing fine!! Way more laid back then I was a week ago and definitely before I was pregnant. Good luck!!
Stress can cause high level of stress hormones in your blood. This is evident from raised heart rate, hypertension when someone is put under a lot of stress. I am not sure if these stress hormones can make way to the baby’s blood stream.

It can really effect them, when you are stressed the baby is stressed try not too.
