Stress is never good for anyone. I’m not sure what can happen to you or your baby, I just know that it’s not healthy for your baby. I think stress, in early pregnancy, can increase your chance of a miscarriage. If I were you, I would take a bath and light some candles. Shut the world out for a while. I’m a stresser too, and that’s what I did. I’m now 9 wks along and doing fine!! Way more laid back then I was a week ago and definitely before I was pregnant. Good luck!!

  • Stress can cause high level of stress hormones in your blood. This is evident from raised heart rate, hypertension when someone is put under a lot of stress. I am not sure if these stress hormones can make way to the baby’s blood stream.

the added tension has an effect on your baby. Whatever you are feeling, so does the baby. Tension is bad in early pregnancy for bringing on miscarraige. Try to find something that relaxes you and keeps your mind on the calm end.
