Shall I get afraid of all these frightening viruses each time I get to know a new partner. Since I cannot ask every single person to get tested for STDs before intimacy takes place and relationship get serious, how shall I relieve the stress of viruses and enjoy the love without any disturbing concern

You won’t get Hepatitis C through kissing or sex. You might get Hepatitis B through unprotected sex, though.
Condoms are very unlikely to tear if you use water-based lubricant with them.

i work at an std clinic and we encourage people to come before they have intimate contact with new partners. it’s a very mature and responsible thing to do. however, if you feel you are unable to ask every partner to be tested before engaging in sexual activity, your best bet is to use protection every single time be it dental dams or condoms or whatever. always, always use protection because, even if you’re in a relationship, you never know what the other person is doing.
